Kara, Adriane, and Emily are mages but they don't know it. Emily's the healer, Adriane is the warrior and Kara is the blazing star. Ozzie is looking for these three girls! All the animals from Phel's and Ozzie's world came to Phel to be healed from the "Black Fire." The Black Fire comes from the Manticore, an evil monster who follows magic and destroys it with the black fire. Kara, Adriane, and Emily are all my favorite characters but my two real favorite characters are Ozzie and Phel. Ozzie is an elf who fell through a portal and is turned to a talking ferret! Phel is a purple bear that is made of magic.

Anyone who believes in magic should read this! It's a great book! Adriane thinks friends are overrated but she has real friends, Emily, Ozzie and Phel.
ReplyDeleteI finished the book. My favorite part was when Phel got captured and Storm (Adrianes pet wolf), Kara, Ozzie, Adriane, and Emily broke into a warehouse to save him. It was the most exciting part in the book, that's for sure. Adriane, and Emily found special stones that only glow when Kara is around, those stonees glowed when Adriane was levitating Ozzie to open the door to the warehouse.
