Star Trek Gods of Night

Half a decade after the Dominion War and more than a year after the rise and fall of Praetor Shinzon, the galaxy's greatest scourge returns to wreak havoc upon the federation with only one thing in mind total annihilation.

Elsewhere, deep in the Gamma Quadrant, an ancient mystery is solved. One of Earth's first generation of starships has been found dead and empty on a desolate planet. But its discovery so far from home has reopened some disturbing questions.

The answer for these questions will define the future and show three Federation captains that some destinies are inescapable.

  1. Sounds great, waht do you think about the writing of the book, is it like the TV show or is it a whole different series?

  2. This book is a lot like the TV series in the way that the character interact. Also the author of this book really dropped the formality with the characters from the TV series thinking the if you're reading a Star Trek book then you have probably watched the series. Have you ever watched or read any of the Star Trek series?

  3. Spoiler alert!

I just thought of something for anyone who has seen the pre-federation star trek series Enterprise would be very interested to know about what I'm about to say.

So in Enterprize show there is a Captain named Hernandez who has a ship named Columbia. In this book that I'm reading there is also a Captain named Hernandez who has a chip named Columbia. The only difference is one ship if about 150 years in the future. This is a very complex show so they could of time traveled yet that is highly unlikely. If the author had seen this series he might have used the same captain or made a new one who has the same ship and crew. If anyone has some answers please respond.
