  1. Right now I am about five chapters in and the book has switched oddly sort of for no reason between two characters, i'm not sure why but it might explain it later in the book hopefully... Otherwise the way the author writes puts you in the mind of the character even though it's written in third person. The main character Andrew has details more about his surroundings then his past.... Well most of the characters don't really tell much of their background except for somewhat of the other character that I forget the name of cause he was only in his own chapter a while ago in the book, but that's only because his chapter started out when he was like five years old or so. Everything in the book some what flows I think the whole other person in the story that has nothing to do with the murder so far kind of threw me off, but otherwise than that i like the way the author describes characters lives as if you were standing there watching it all happen.

  2. Do you think the "other" character might play some unknown part later in the book?

  3. How long is it exactly? It's a really short description, so it sounds like a short book. Are there any other books? Are there movies? Sounds interesting.

  4. Yes I have a very good feeling that he might be the killer or some other big part of the story, because right now we barely know what the killer looks like, or the "other" character might be Andrew's father or something. The way I found it confusing was it didn't really say in the chapter if it was in the present, past or what. But that chapter told the life of the "other" character up into high school so not sure what the author is going to do with him.

  5. Ummm the book is about 250 pages, there aren't any movies about this book that I've heard of but there might be. I think you might like this book Kahla because it has murder, blood, mystery and all the things you love, I would recommend it to pretty much anyone who wants something to read it's not the best book I've read, but I guess it's not the worst.

  6. So I just finished the book and can I say it was a little confusing and interesting at the same time. The way the author wrote the book was somewhat comfortable but at times I did have to go back and read a sentence or to for the whole page to make sense. I would recommend it to people like Gordon and Kahla probably some other people too. The mysterious character I was talking about earlier actually had a lot to do with the story, I think just the way the author introduced him was confusing because he would go to a really awkward place in the characters past and then weirdly put like a sentence or two of what was going on in the present and then go back to the past again with no tie with each other. But other the that every character was somewhat put together. A lot of murder in this book, I think like five or six people died which was odd, but I guess that makes somewhat sense in the story sorta..... not really. I think the odd connection two of the main characters have is a good but very strange connection and I'm not sure why the author added it to the end of the book, because it didn't really do anything to make the story more interesting or helpful in any way. I don't think I would want to read this book not because I hated it, I just think it's a one time reading book for me personally. I mean it could be different for some else, but for me I don't really like this book enough to read it again.
